The refund would be only offered if the individual/company experiences any problem(s) with our services or not satisfied with our services for any reason. If a chargeback/dispute is opened from the payment processor’s side, your service would be immediately suspended and a charge of £10 would be levied to unsuspend it. Please note that Keenweb offer no refunds on domain name registrations.
